What you need
TEFL
Thailand is a country that is looking to drastically increase its number of foreign English teachers in preparation for the impending ASEAN community. Therefore most schools are looking for TEFL qualified teachers who have University degrees. If you are thinking of teaching with us; you will need to have a University degree and a TEFL qualification.
Thailand visa
Visas are one of the most confusing aspects for anyone looking to move and work abroad. Many teaching placement companies and schools will tell you that you will need to purchase a Non-Immigrant Type-B visa or another form of working visa before you arrive. However, visas will almost always have to be converted and therefore it is possible to arrive on a tourist visa. Thailand offers a free 1-month tourist visa to anyone arriving by airplane, and Anuban Singburi School MEP can convert this for you.
Work Permits and Teacher Licences
There are many documents needed to obtain a visa and to legally work as a teacher in Thailand and Anuban Singburi School MEP.
After you have agreed a contract with the school:
All that you have to bring is open mind and the original copy of your university degree/any qualifications
